Expo Hall

    • Exhibitors will have the opportunity to share information with SphinxConnect attendees in person in Detroit.

    • Exhibitors are provided one 6ft. table and two chairs.

    • Additionally, your organization’s logo will also be included as a banner in the conference app.

    • Banner specs:

      • Text on banners should be no less than 32pt to ensure readability.

      • 950px wide by 380px tall PNG or JPEG file.

    • Expo hall booth hours:

      • Friday, January 22nd, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

      • Saturday, January 23rd, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

    • Exhibitors will have the opportunity to share information with SphinxConnect attendees in person in Detroit.

    • Exhibitors are provided one 6ft. table and two chairs.

Onsite Branding Opportunities

    • Sponsor’s logo featured on one side of every attendee’s key card

    • Recognition as the Hotel Key Card Sponsor in the event app

    • Must be finalized by November 26, 2025

    • Branded charging stations at the venue with sponsor logo and messaging.

    • Recognition as the Charging Station Sponsor in the event app.

    • Push notification through the app announcing charging station locations.

    • Logo displayed at the coffee stations

    • Recognition as the Coffee Break Sponsor in the event app

    • Push notification through the app announcing coffee break times to Speakers

    • Exclusive sponsorship of lanyards worn by in-person attendees.

    • Company logo(or approved artwork) printed on all lanyards.

    • Recognition as the Lanyard Sponsor in the event app.

    • Sponsor a breakout session (excluding Opening and Closing Plenaries).

    • Company logo displayed on-screen at the start and conclusion of the session.

    • Logo displayed within the app's session description.

    • Option to introduce your organization or have the session moderator acknowledge your sponsorship.

    • An organization can sponsor up to 3 breakout sessions.

Advertising Opportunities

    • Reach 10,000+ leaders with your targeted messaging to the entire Sphinx database and all registered SphinxConnect 2026 attendees anytime from November 2025 to February 2026.

    • Artwork must be approved, finalized, and scheduled with at least 10 business days’ notice.

    • One dedicated email sent to all registered SphinxConnect attendees anytime from January 5 to March 1, 2026.

    • Artwork must be approved, finalized, and scheduled with at least 10 business days’ notice.

    • Gain prime visibility with a dynamic, scrolling ad featured on all 3 lobby displays throughout the SphinxConnect convening.

    • Artwork must be submitted by January 5, 2026.

    • Your organization’s logo will be included in the conference app.
